Dive Into Feeling Better

No matter what Gin is doing–from speaking to a room of hundreds of people to working with clients one-on-one–it is always her goal to help the world feel better. Check out her services below to see how she can empower you to feel better.

Yoga

Yoga is not one-size-fits-all so Gin teaches many styles, always based in alignment and is passionate about teaching privately–to individuals and groups–to make sure your specific goals and needs are the focus.

Meditation

Meditation isn't "woo," it is scientifically backed to reduce stress and Gin feels is it key to truly getting to know yourself and finding out what this life is all about.

Lomilomi

On the surface, lomilomi is Hawaiian bodywork, similar to a massage but different. On a deeper level, lomilomi is a way of life and a way of empowering people to heal.

End of Life Doula

Gin believes that as we all must eventually move on from this physical body, that passing should be as good and beautiful as possible.

Equine Instruction

The power of horses was known to Gin from the day she was born. She teaches therapeutic horseback riding lessons as well as offering equestriyoga experiences.

Coaching

Drawing on science, yoga philosophy, and the varied experiences of her life, Gin loves helping people work through transitions and cultivate more joy in their lives.

Veterinary Student

Gin's new passion is combining her love of helping people and animals. She is currently in veterinary school and looking forward to combining her love of both science and spirituality in her practice.

Speaking

Gin speaks on a variety of topics from embracing transitions to cultivating joy to the importance and value of science to honoring animals and the planet.

Human Justice

Gin believes we are all humans and we are all in this reality together. She works, with her partner, to humanize people currently and formerly behind bars.

Ways of Helping the World Feel Better

While all the avenues of connection that Gin practices may seem separate from each other, the overall desire to help the world feel better is infused within them all.

Why Feel Better?

Simply put–when we feel better, we make better choices, for ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

We are all connected. In these modern times that is easy to lose track of, but it is true. What each of us does affects the other. Whatever we can do to make the best choices possible–for us all–we should. And that includes feeling good so that it is easier to make those better choices.

Self-care isn’t selfish. In fact, taking care of ourselves is one of the most important things we can do. As the saying goes, “you can’t help others put on their oxygen mask if you pass out without yours on.” Or something like that. If we don’t take care of ourselves eventually we will burn out and not be able to take care of anyone else either.

There are many ways to take care of ourselves, our businesses, and each other. Gin is happy to help empower you to feel better in any way she can.

What my clients have to say

"Gin brought a unique perspective to meditation that I've never experienced. The connection between mind and body was amazing, especially focusing on our inner power as a woman - extremely powerful. I wish I could have Gin in my back pocket every time I meditate."

"Working with Gin on one-on-one yoga sessions has been life changing. I started sessions with her after several years of not doing yoga, and she’s been able to get me back on track. Gin customizes each class to my needs and addresses every concern I bring to her, whether it be physical, emotional, or a combination. My body has changed, and I’ve improved my strength, focus, and flexibility. I move with more ease and I feel healthier and more myself."

"I suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain. Having tried the modern medicine pill thing and chiropractic, I was beginning to loose hope I would ever be able to ware a motorcycle helmet and go riding again. Then a friend told me about Gin and lomilomi. After a couple of sessions, I noted a distinct reduction in pain and now it’s a thing of the past. Lomilomi's holistic approach and Gin's willingness to take the time to understand the root cause of the pain, made Lomilomi the right choice for me."
