Online Courses
Online courses are a great way to fit yoga and meditation into your life. All classes in a course happen LIVE and then the recordings are available later, so you can participate even if you can’t be there live.
LIVE classes happen on Instagram and Facebook. Recordings are posted on YouTube shortly after class.
If you want to participate in particular class and do not have Instagram or Facebook, please let me know and I will create a Zoom link for you.

*Please note* ALL courses and classes will be donation-based during this time. I know many of us are struggling with the economic-crisis created by our current virus-crisis–including me–and I want to make sure that anyone who needs yoga at this time has access. At the same time, I need to make a living right now, so please, if you can donate, I would greatly appreciate it. Please give what you can honestly, and if you cannot give, that is ok too. If you can share my courses with others, that would be amazing too! Thank you so much!

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, connecting to alignment in different poses is really the juice of the practice. Alignment can make a practice truly transformational and therapeutic.

When we think of yoga, many of us think of asana–the physical poses–but that is just one eighth of the practice and is actually the third limb. On Thursday nights we dive into philosophy from other parts of the practice. Currently we are making our way through the Niyamas–the second limb of yoga–which are personal ideas on how to live your life.

Class length will vary between 45 and 60 minutes per class.

One of the things I love most about yoga is that it can be made to fit whatever conditions make the most sense for us. Chair yoga is one of my most favorite types of yoga to teach. Whether you are older and feel like getting down on the ground would be a challenge or you work sitting all day and just want to learn some stretches that you can do at your desk, this is a great class for all.
