Asana Basics

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, connecting to the basics of the physical practice can be quite profound. In this course, we will go over sun salutations and explore 8 key asanas (poses), building a simple practice that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Mondays, 7:30 PM EST (4:30 PM PST, 1:30 PM HST)

Class length will vary between 20 and 30 minutes per class.
